December, 15th- Hundreds of customer reports started surfacing, claiming onestopplus has never shipped there purchases.

After contacting onestopplus.com customer support i received the following explanation:

The Chadwicks' promotion code that was emailed to Chadwicks' customers stated that the coupon was to be used on Chadwicks.com orders and Chadwicks' merchandise only. Any orders that do not contain Chadwicks' items will not be shipped. Unfortunately, your orders did not contain Chadwicks items and the orders will not be shipped.

Please accept our apologies if you have been inconvenienced.

It seems onestopplus was either "not aware" the coupon code they created could be used on both sites successfully OR they are simply trying to "cut there losses" given some items used in conjunction with the CHNEG5 coupon code and free shipping clearly resulted in a loss for the company.

Either way you dissect it, hundreds of shoppers across the U.S. are furious.

After reading many posts on the subject it appears many, if not ALL customers with canceled orders never received a notice stating there orders were canceled and many are still awaiting a refund.

I expect to see this topic really heat up.
