When I tried to cash out it said that my account was terminated yet it only said that after I selected a cashout option and yet I was still able to build more points and I received a few more emails minutes after finding out my account was "terminated". I did not receive notice in my email of being terminated. It only states that my account is terminated when I try to cash out which is strange considering that someone reported to the ripoffreport.com about the same thing happening with surveyspot that happens to be owned by the same parent company of survey sampling international. I have saved screenshots of the website one of which does not tell me that I was terminated and the other one tells me only after I attempt to cash out and I saved the emails that I received after I could not cash out offering to earn me more points which seems strange if my membership was terminated.

I have been with Opinion Outpost for some time and never had a problem until they were bought out by Survey Sampling International. Since the site was changed, I haven't been able to redeem my reward points. I've contacted customer service several times but they ignore my specific complaints that none of the options are working and tell me that if I don't want PayPal, I can always choose Amazon reward. NONE OF THE OPTIONS ARE WORKING!! I CAN'T GET ANY REWARDS! I see that the BBB is currently investigating the company. I guess I'll add my name to the list of complaints.

I have been with Survey Spot for five years and when I cashed in my rewards I was terminated along with Opinion Outpost, e-rewards and every other survey panel that they are a parent of. Nothing is working and I cannot get any explanation of why I was terminated. Their clients pay them to give member incentives and they are STEALING the money away from their panel members. They are crooks and I have a complaint in with the BBB. Hope something comes of it. I also sent letters to the CEO, CFO and the VP of Sales. Who knows maybe I will get an answer and all the money they STOLE from me.

I want to ask why, you close my account. I had 1050 points. I want them to transfer to your PayPal account. you blocked me. I feel cheated. want my money she earned. please answer. joanna
