I ordered a rifle scope to mount on my new .22, they said it would take two days to get here. I received an e-mail stating that it had shipped on monday. Wednesday I called to get tracking number they said that it had not shipped, and that they had just received it themselves. I was on hold for over an hour and a half, and had to take my son to football practice. When I called the next day a girl named Sandy, who claimed to be a supervisor hung up on me. I told them to cancel my order, Im going somewhere that appreciates their customers more.

I'm sorry you experienced problems with our customer service and shipping. We do our best to always get a product shipped as soon as possible. I don't have the specifics of your order, so I can't be sure what exactly went wrong, but if you want to send me an email I will look into the issue and see if there's anything I can do to help.

Our customer service works very hard to get to calls as quickly as possible. Most callers wait less than a minute, if at all, but there are times where the call times are longer than we would like. We're constantly working to reduce call times.
