Orchard Bank HSBC Orchard Bank Charges Annual fees on the day of activating the credit card Internet

I was not made aware of the fact that I would be charged an annual fee of $49 for a new credit card on the day of activation. Orchard Bank representatives failed to disclose this information to me. I called and made the rep aware of the fact that I was dissatified with the services and the rep made no attempt to help me and stated they he (who was the manager) would cancel my card immediately and hung up. Very rude. I refuse to deal another day with this company. I was also charged a $19 processing fee and the rep refused to refund it as well.

the very same thing happened to me and the best they did was refund half of the 39.99 annual fee. I was never told about the fee when i signed up. they really did not really care if you stay with them or not. I WILL CANCEL THIS CARD...
