These guys promised a next day FedEx shipment. They replied with a message that the shipment has been made -- but all that has happened is that my Visa was charged for it. It has on has been 2 days for a Next Day FedEx shipment -- they have nothing for me at FedEx either today or tomorrow. I have tried their email -- but every one has been bounced -- even after their server came back up (it was offline all of yesterday). When I placed the order the site included California -- now the site says that they don't ship to California and it cannot be selected as a destination anymore. Perhaps just ripping off a few more Californians is all that they were waiting for. Google searches say that they accept COD -- and I would have used this option for the first (and several more) orders -- but it was not an option when I ordered. That should have raised my suspicion right then -- but there were no negative reports that I could not find any. Perhaps I should have tried their support email & phone numbers first to see if anyone answered or called back (but I've had a couple of problems with outlets that did pass that test). They also did not answer -- or return my call from messages to the 718 or 877 numbers. Someone did answer the 800 number which they didn't post until today -- but the woman that answered claimed that she knew nothing about my order -- and could not find any by using my name, and said that the order number I got from this company was invalid -- 1 too many characters. It's late in the day now -- and no replies or shipments of any kind. No matter what state or country you are shipping too -- I would say that any ordering from them is at your own risk.
