Our condominium hired Regatta because they were inexpensive and did we ever make a mistake. Sure, we saved a few dollar on monthly management but after we had to pay a huge fine to the City of Miami Beach, we ended up big losers. This was after we had a horrible experience with Keystone and Barclay's Complete Property Management. You would think with so many condos in Miami Beach that someone would have invented a good condo management company! You hire a management company and entrust them to resolve issues and manage the daily tasks of a condominium community. As a member of the Board of our condo, the other Board members and I just do not have time to manage our building and so we entrusted this to Regatta. A violation issued by the city was not address and we had to pay thousands to the city. If you're looking for a management that returns calls/emails, does more than basic accounting... FORGET REGATTA or Keystone or Barclay's for that matter. None of them seem to really care that their incompetence can really affect your home.
