Overstock DVDZ DIDNT SEND ME MY DVDS I PAID FOR BUT TOOK MY MONEY Chicago, Illinois

I have ordered some dvd from them on april 16 2011 and paid for them with my card. They took there money and i still havnt received my dvds. I have tried to call them but noone will call me back. no emails or calls from them all im looking for is my money or my dvds

Im also having problems with Zoverstock, over a DvD I ordered in GOOD FAITH FROM THEM!!! on the 3rd August 2011, I ordered two DvDs through Play.Com, & the other DvD through Zoverstocks which advertise on the Play.Com site!!! within three days, my two DvDs arrived with me from Play.Com, No DvD from Zoverstock!!! four e.mails later still NO RESOLVE!!! I phoned Play.com on Thursday 11th August 2011, & told them what was going on, & gave them my Order ID No!!! the guy at Play.Com also tried too e.mail them, glad to say his e.mail like my OTHER THREE I SENT TO ZOVERSTOCK, GET BOUNCING BACK, UNANSWERED!!! Then yesterday surprise surprise, I received an e.mail from Sarah-CustomerService at Zoverstock, asking me for my Order ID No, which I e.mailed her back right away!!! her reply was, I will now look into this matter, & e.mail you back later on 2day!!! THAT WAS YESTERDAY, & IM STILL WAITING FOR HER REPLY!!! A GOOD JOB I WAS'NT HOLDING MY BREATH!!! I SENT HER A RATHER CHEEKY e.mail THIS MORNING, WHICH HAS WENT THROUGH TO SARAH CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ZOVERSTOCK!!! PEOPLE PLEASE LISTEN TOO WHAT IM SAYING, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM ZOVERSTOCK!!! THEY OUR A SHAM COMPANY!!! NO CUSTOMER CARE, NOTHING!!! IN MY OPION THEIR A RUBISH COMPANY, WHO DELIGHT IN TAKING PEOPLES MONEY, & GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND!!! SHAME ON PLAY.COM FOR LETTING OPERATE FROM THEIR WEB SITE!!! COMPANYS LIKE ZOVERSTOCK SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN, THERES FAR TOO MUCH OFF THESE SHAM COMPANIES OPERATING, & RIPPING INOCCENT PEOPLE OFF!!! ITS TIME THERE WAS A LAW PASS STOPPING THESE PEOPLE ONCE, & FOR ALL!!!
