I applied for financing through this company and was told it would be 21 days to process my loan. It took 25! true I did not get all the paperwork in that they asked for and the rate was even lower then I was told. They took 25 days to close! For me that is unacceptable even if I didnt have all the paperwork they asked for. David L

I keep hearing about this guy Don Troiano and have heard many, many bad things about him from people who have done business with him. He has a long history of scamming people out of thier hard earned money by lying, stealing, misrepresentatins and outright lies.

Do not trust him with your money or your home, you will lose both.
As a matter of fact, the criminal pedophile and thief is now facing foreclosure himself. Good karma for a predator to have things come back to him now that the law has shut him down.
