I ordered a pizza but it never was delivered, my credit card was reinmburst but it took forever. This is first strike. Second time my pizza came one hour and twenty five minutes latter as suppose forty five minus. And I know one employee who use to work there stated this. Papa John's International is engaged in unfair practice. They ask delivery drivers to use their own cell phones to call customers when on
delivery or delivered pizza to typically business place or school,
hospital etc... However PJ doesn't compensate for cell phone, it is
illegal to use private property without payment for it. Although they do
have in store policy to use store phone to call customers however there are
many customers who use cell phones and are out of area customers who have
different area code, so in these cases use of personal cell phone is
necessary, and it is more practical and accurate to call customer when pizza
is delivered example is business place rather than as per store policy such
as states call them before. But if I call them before I never can agree time
and place where customer will be. And some customers request for a call from
driver when pizza is on way in process of delivery. And they find way to steal from employee's tips, because they do not keep good track of money that come in. DO NOT TRADE WITH THIEVES.
