This company is so bad, I don't even know yet if I got ripped off! I sent them their deposit 9 months ago for a simple waiver application and I still have nothing. (as of this writing) I stupidly also sent the remainder. but nothing is being done I call them once a month or so and hear another excuse. Sometimes I get " Yes, I just got it today, I'm reading it right now"
(yeah right)
sometimes, " I sent that to you weeks ago, it must have gotten lost, I'll resend it"
Other times they try to blame me.
I can't even say if they do a decent job or not because they haven't done anything. The only true delay was getting prints but that only took 1 month.
I could understand delays from the U.S. authorities when THEY get the application to start the process
BUT, This is ALL THEM. It's been 9 months and they have not even filed yet.
NOT EVEN FILED after 9 months. My last conversation with John was that he would do a quick edit on a letter I sent him and then send me the edited letter to look over. That was a month ago. The steps that only I can do get done quickly while the steps that they have been paid to do are not getting done at all! UPDATE, called several times today and just get machine, first time that has happened as I ALWAYS get John immediately Summary: unreasonably, unnecessary and suspiciously lengthy process.
9 months and still not even ready to file.
No end in site as of this review. I don't know yet if I will end up getting ripped off completely or if they are just a useless, lazy company that doesn't really care to do their job.
