Password Recovery 5.0, PROSOFT3D, MOBILE SOFTWARE TECH

Scam, misleading, bad customer service.

I was mislead to think this would work to unlock my hotmail account (because I forgot my password). It seemed legit. After making the purchase, it did not work. I instantly searched to contact customer support. ONLY provides and email "stating" that they will get back to you within 24hrs or (Monday-Friday). So far I have NOT heard from them. After thinking I had been scammed I searched online. Come to find out they have scammed people. Either not contacting them during their "30 day money back" or not replying back at all. I want to report this because I am going to have to dispute this with my credit card company and hopefully they will help me get this fixed. Again, we need to do something turn them in. password recovery 5 from prosoft3d very misleading as to their pricing and capability of the software. The pc i need to fix is locked because the password is lost. The prosoft3d password recovery 5 needs to be "installed" -but obviously cannot do if pc is locked up, cannot log on. They do not state this in their lead in.
