Patience Bristol is a lying thieving drunk. My business partner needed a guardian after he was diagnosed with serious dementia. Patience Bristol was given the assignment by Commissioner Norheim. Ms. Bristol isolated Dominic and made it known no one could visit him without her permission. As Dominics friend for over 40 years I said screw that. I traveled to Henderson and went to see my friend. A lady from Haiti who could hardly speak English answered his door. She said in broken French English you no come, boss get mad. I said tell the boss to take a laxative. I went in to Doms house. It wasnt very clean. Dom was watching TV. He knew who I was and that was good.
About an hour later Patience Bristol showed up. She had alcohol on her breath. Her speech was slurred and her clothes were a mess. Bristol said I was drinking a bottle of Stoli when I got the call from Monique. Why did you mess up my good time, Patience said. Patience started using profanity. Her face was flush and her eyes couldnt focus. She said no one visits anyone unless they kiss my arse and they better kiss it real good. She stormed out. When she drove away, she swerved and almost hit my Mercedes, which was parked in front of the house. I ask Dom if he knew where his Paddock Philippe watch was? Dom said Patience took it. I noted his coin collection was missing along with pictures of his wife.
Naturally the Henderson police wouldnt take a report. After talking with local reporters, two elder advocacy groups, and several victim families who had either Patience Bristol or Jared Shafer as their guardian everyone was in a state of deep depression. The people I spoke with said the whole thing is one big scam with the insane running the asylum. So many families appear to be afraid of Jared Shafer or Patience Bristol. They especially treat Shafer like the boogie man who goes bump in the night. One couple said dont say bad things about Shafer, something bad will happen to you. If I didnt know better Shafer is the adult version of Rod Serlings character little Davy from the Twilight Zone who could vanish his enemies into the corn field by pointing his boney finger. Instead in Shafers case he points his boney finger and says youre a bad family, a very bad family. When Shafer speaks this phrase your familys estate and worldly possessions vanish instantly into the corn field never to be accounted for again. In fact Shafer has a remarkable resemblance to little Davy. Unfortunately our seniors are paying the price for the climate created by little Davy, oops Jared Shafer.
Well, Dom has left the State. He lives in an undisclosed location where Davy cant put the finger on him. Please visit me in the corn fields.
