Patricia B. Krantzler is using every desperate obstacle and trickery to Keep her daughter Vickie Macleod from her liquid assets, e.g., money. Allegedly,
Under a Revoked Power of Attorney, Patricia Krantzler is desperately trying to sell a Deed of Trust Note, owed to daughter Victoria Ellen Macleod, before the APS of Marin county and APS of tehama county stop her. She has refused to return the "Note" to Vickie, she has drained Vickies personal bank account until overdrawn (3 days ago) and caused all Vickies trust fund money to be spent within 30-45 days of opening.

Krantzler, along husband Mel Krantzler continue to offer counseling services. Pat Krantzler is not licensed, husband Mel Kranztler has an expired liscense, deliquent since 2007.
do you think they report the counseling activity income to Social Security? to the IRS? To the State of CA?
these people appear to be desperate for money, any way they can get it......
