Payless Auto Repair DISHONEST, CONNIVING MECHANIC!!!! Austell, Georgia

On June 25 I arrived at Payless Auto repair at 8:20am. On the website it says the shop opens at 8:30 am but they didnt open their doors until 9:30am because they were running late. The mechanic quoted me the following prices for the services I needed: Radiator replaced ($70), coolant system flushed($30), and transmission fluid drained and refilled ($55). I watched the mechanic through the whole process and noticed something that was strange with the transmission fluid he was putting into my car. It was a creamy consistency and very light red/pink color. I had a feeling something wasnt right but I didnt say anything. On June 26th when I was driving I noticed that my car would stall when I got to stoplights. I would press on the brake and the car wouldnt move for about 5 seconds. I knew there was something wrong with the transmission. I called Payless and left a voicemail message and I also sent him an email. He never responded. On the afternoon of June 28th I went to the shop and had them drain and refill the transmission fluid with Honda ATF that I
purchased. When he drained the fluid it looked like brown water. On the afternoon of June 29th I went to the shop again and had them drain and refill the transmission fluid with Honda ATF that I purchased to make sure the majority of the mystery fluid that they put in on the 25th was gone. I tried to get a refund for what I paid for the transmission service because it was not done correctly but Desmond refused. There is no telling what type of damage this mystery fluid did to my car. The customer service was very poor and the mechanic intentionally put the wrong type of fluid in my car. He also tried to sell me a radiator for double the price of what it cost. NO integrity to speak of!! Please stay far away from this place!
