Payment Systems Corp. Lied to about all aspects of contract/forged documents Los Angeles, California

I have been lied to about every aspect of my contract with Payment Systems, including not being told of signing with two seperate companies - Lease Finance Group and GETI, the amount of early contract termination fees, undisclosed monthly fees, and the cancellation of my former credit processor contract. As well as being told that my current credit card machine was not PCI complaint and was illegal-I believe this was a lie, because we were therefore told we needed to lease a machine through Payment Systems. I'm already being over charged by Lease Finance Group(credit card machine lease) and my statement from Payment Systems has multiple undisclosed fees. I purposely asked questions to our sales rep., due to my wife's business being slow, and received answers that ultimately were complete lies about cancellation terms and fees. We've also discovered forged documents signing us up for for a gift card service we never agreed to. When we cancelled the service we were immediately charged (directly debited) $221 for cancelling (again undisclosed-and forged) In light of what I feel is deception, fraud, forgery, entrapment and unethical business practices, as well as the discovery of thousands of similar business owner complaints,we're currently asking Payment Systems to cancel all contracts without recourse. We've informed Payment Systems that we have formal complaints written for the AG, BBB, FTC and Well's Fargo Bank. We've spoken to our local AG rep. and they've advised us to cancel our bank account. We're waiting to see if Payment Systems handles this on their own before we cancel accounts and file the complaints. Any advice or help would be appreciated. I'll post again if I have any updates.
