Payment Systems False claims of savings and overcharged services Carlsbad, California

In July of this year Payment Systems came to my store with the claims of being able to save my company several hundred dollars a month in credit card processing fees. In order to get these savings they made me sign a new lease contract for their processing machine at 5 years for $100 / mo. (This machine is worth $210.00 total, and to get processing from any company, you do not need to lease a machine. This of course I found out after the fact.) They also stated that they would pay off my previous lease in order to get me to sign. Once I was singed up with their service, they backed out of the promise to pay for the previous lease, and stated that they would not cover that cost to my company. They also were costing me over $1000 more per month than my previous processor and could not properly explain the additional charges. As they were costing me a substantial amount of money, not saving me anything, I switched back to my previous carrier in November of this year. Payment systems then charged me $1540 for cancelling their overpriced service. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they make false claims of savings, and have no intention of making good on any promises they make in their dishonest sales pitch.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!!!
