.paymentbycard.com David Lison Defrauded Merchant Account Internet
12th of Nov, 2011 by User851459
scam Report for Paymentbycard.com I contacted www.paymentbycard.com to get a Merchant Account in April 2011. In May 2011 they were successful in getting me a merchant account with a high fees of 15% and 10% holdback with a guarantee from me that I would be processing more than 100K a month, we were happy that finally we had a merchant account and we would be doing big business soon. We processed about $5K in the first week and $10K in the second week. As per contract we were supposed to get our first tranche of payment in the third week Monday, when I did not get that I contacted David Lison our contact and he assured that the payment was on its way, it did not arrive the whole week and we kept chasing David and he kept assuring that it would be on its way this week. In the meanwhile we kept processing as David said he was a man of words and would not let us down. At the end of 4 weeks of May 2011 we had processed $35K and not got a dime from the processor. All the while David Lison kept promising that I would get every single penny. At the end of 4 weeks the processor informed us that due to some rogue transactions the processor account has been cancelled and we cannot process any more. For no fault of ours the account was closed and the money frozen. We kept sending them mails to release our money and we got mails from them saying soon and soon. Eventually when we had sent about 100 mails they said that we could not be paid as we were processing for goods that were not allowed. When we asked them to show them proof they dilly dallied and till date have not provided any proof. In November when we called them again to get our money back – they said Tough Luck – there was no money. The company and processor was closed and if you want to do business you can sign up on a new contract with new processor that they had managed to setup. When I persisted that old dues by cleared first their response was that it was not possible. David wrote to me saying “1) the agg was blown by a very high volume nutra and over $1MM is in CBs....although we deeply regret the loss, we did not control the nutra bad business 2) we do not hold any of the funds in the bank for this agg. We , too, are at a great loss, more than $60K....we respect your business modell and you but have no recourse since the bank has the funds and not we.” If you are thinking of doing business with www.paymentbycard.com my sincere advise would be to stay away as the chances of you sinking your money and business are 100%. These guys are cheats and fraud and would ensure that your business sinks.
