PC EMT 24/7 Bait and Switch Liars!!!!! John's Creek, Georgia

I went into PC EMT 24/7 to have my Iphone Charger port replaced. I was informed by the employee Zoe that they could do it for 40.00. When I arrived they looked at my phone for an hour and then said they could do the same work for 65.00. That is just 5.00 less than apple itself. I let them do it after much disappointment over the up charge. All they could tell me is that it was a misunderstanding, but I have the text message saved on my phone. They are simply liars that pulled a bait and switch to get me in thier store and then hold my phone hostage until I reached their demands. I paid the price and my phone worked for a day before it stopped working agian for the same reason. I called to speak to the manager the employee Zoe refused the give him the phone. I literally almost had to threaten him in order to speak with a manager. When I went to the manager Mark with everything that happened,he was not even appologetic he simply said bring it back and we will look at it agian. The employee and manager were both rude. This is not how you do business or keep people coming back. I will tell everyone if your computer or electronics need to be fixed do not go to PC EMT 24/7 in Johns Creek GA, they are crooks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
