This retail store cleaning services company will contact you by email if you are a vendor, such as a handyman. They will offer you more money that you would normally charge for your services to entice you into signing a contract, which they won't honor. They rarely answer a phone, and when they do, all you'll get are empty promises to pay, and excuses as to why they haven't paid. Be sure to require a deposit up front should you accept their offer.

George Smith is the owner of this company, he is a piece of shit!...Whatever you do do not trust this scumbag...This guy has np conscious. The company will receive payment, then pay you in little bullshit payments if they pay ypu at all...beware or be prepared to get fucked over
