DO NOT SIGN A LEASE HERE! Listen to what they say and how they word anything to you. they got me to sign a lease at a "LOWER" rate and now I am behind. Its very obvious that they were trained the wrong way and that goes back to the Manager, Yolanda Hayes. They have a new girl there by the name of Kelly. I signed the lease with Daralyn Victor, the biggest LIAR. They have since advised me that my rent that was $60 more than I was told when I signed up. I remember signing the lease and Daralyn telling me that i received a special rate and because I put more money down over time I would be paying less. What a lying bitch! Kelly is a rude and offers no help or support and the manager is a coward that sits in her office. She obviously has no idea how to train an honest staff. Go somewhere else!!! Do not rent here!
