Pep Boys lied on estimate about leaks on my car Madison, Tennessee

Serveral weeks ago, I went to Pepboys and had my coolant flushed. When I got my car back it was leaking coolant and transmission fluild. So I took the car back hoping it was a lose connection. I got an estimate from them saying I need to have my intake gasket and manifold replace....$947.80 These are the things that made me question the estimate: 1. About 2 years ago, I replaced the intake manifold and gasket myself, because I was too cheap to pay $1200 for someone else to do so-before cars had computers, I was back yard machanic. 2. The machanic told me the manifold was rusting-it's made of plastic on 2000 Chevy Impala LS. 3. The spider web on the intake manifold cover was still there!-been there for monthes. So, I took the car to Mr Transmission in Madison Tn, who replaced my transmission 2 years ago and told him I was leaking Transmission fluild and coolant. That was all I said! The coolant leak was an elbow under the heater hose adapter. -$3 part. The transmission leak that Pepboys was not repairing was the transmission cooler line. Could it been damage when I had the coolant flush. The cost of the repair was $301.98 + tax.
