Pepper Bottle Technologies Fraud, unauthorized billing, no reports as promised Internet

Did not deliver reports for work they alleged. Called multiple times and no response. When we terminated the contract for non performance, they billed our credit card again. Hard pressure sales tactics and calling us 10 times a day to ask about money, never about doing the right thing or delivering the original promise to perform SEO. This is one firm you NEED to avoid. They moved to a new location recently and the staff who answered the phone claimed everyone went home for the day. It sounds like a total scam.
When we looked at the report, there was no indication that the programmers had done any work at all. We have been involved in software programming for 17 years and believe this is the worst con job we have seen. DO NOT USE Pepper Bottle Technologies from Temecula, CA. They only want your monthly recurring charges on your VISA card and nothing else.
