I ordered a part from this so called company on ebay. After 3 weeks and being told multiple times that my order was shipping the next day i canceled my order. First they told me that they would not refund me until i left a positive response on ebay. Then they shipped my item anyways and still refuse to refund me. Now i can not get them to answer me or reply to my emails. Worst customer service in history. I will spend as much time as i can leaving bad but truthful comments about these scam artists.

ordered 2 parts for my son's car at the end of August. On the 2nd week of September I still didn't see the parts. I called to find out they hadn't shipped it yet. They told me it would ship out that day and I would get it in a few days. Call them back after 4 days to have them tell me it would ship out by the end of the week. My wife called them back to find out they didn't even have the part and it would be in by the end of the week and they would ship it out. It is now 3 weeks since we ordered and we are looking at a month before we would get the part. After their other lies, we figured they probably wouldn't have the part by the end of the week either so we cancelled for a refund. They said it would be 3 to 5 business days and 6 business days later they told us it would be 3 to 5 business days again. My wife called back again and demanded our refund and they still are not being nice and were rude to her. They now said they would go ahead and process our refund, now we waite again and hopefully it will happen. It has been 5 weeks since we ordered the parts and 2 weeks since we cancelled for a refund. Poor customer service seems to be a normal process for them.
