Hello, Please DO NOT but from them, I have contacted them like 20 times in one month to get a refund back. I spoke to Lyndsay and Helen. The grill I purchased from them for my s10 was cracked in two spots immediatly from unboxing. They asked for photos, I got them there photos, then they asked me to leave positive feedback on my ebay account to them, so they could give me a refund. I declined to do that so I opened a claim with paypal. They told me I had to send it back.. I was going to live with the crack being that I needed a grill. I through my old one away.. Stupid on my part, but im back at square one because within a month there's cracked off where it was cracked.... Anyways please do not trust them. They are very nice to you on the phone, but are very deceiving! I did a better business burae claim on them, I haven't heard anything yet. I probably wont! It was an ebay purchase, and makes me uneasy to deal with the internet again. P.s. Reason why I didnt ship it back being that its 5 foot tall and 12 inches wide and 8 inches deep. It would of cost me like 30-50 dollars to ship it back. I had to pay for shipping... LOL thats what paypal told me..... and I bought it for 50 dollars with shipping through ebay... So I cut my loosses.....Again please stay away!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
