i had fallen behind because i had lost my job 1/7 and my husband lost his 12/30/10. I started a new one on 3/7 and my husband started one 2 weeks ago. Problem is he isn't getting paid until 4/30. No one can wait until then to pay "fees" that i am unaware of. First i was told i could pay the fees in 2 months, april and may and then told no too late, we have now put it out for reposession. Now panicky that it might get repossesed and my husband won't be able to go to work, i paid 274, half of what i was told this morning 4/12. Still cannot call off the repo man because no manager on duty. When i call i am told by the girl making payments tonite that i owe 610.00 not 478. I am totally confused. I don't know who to call or what to do. I am trying to keep up with my rent and get caught up i cannot afford to pay "fees". i am at a loss. I would like to have an attorney help me on this. not sure what to do as i am tight on money. It isn't a joke it is pretty serious. We have never been thru such a bad time as now and we are just trying to recover.
