Peter Mills US Mitigation Services Richard Moore, Diane Mills Took my money 350.00 promised to modify my mortgage never did now they will not give me

I was contacted by A Richard Moore and Peter Mills. I was told I qualify for a mortgage modification. I was told by Peter Mills and Richard Moore that they could modify my mortgage in less than 45 days and that they are a non profit company helping home owners like my self. They sent me all the paper work including a chart with how I qualify for the mortgage modification and how much my mortgage would go down per month.

They said to try them and if they could not modify my mortgage I would get a full refund back.

I sent them all my personal information by fax. I was told that the loan modification was already in process with my bank.

They then said do not send a mortgage payment and to pay them instead as I would be doing a whole new mortgage. I sent them a payment of $350.00, as I thought my bank was working on my loan modification.

Turns out my bank never ever received any documents from this so called US Mitigation Services. Peter Mills said that they were working on it anyway after weeks of not hearing any think about modifying my mortgage I asked for a refund as they said they would do that if there is no loan modification and there was not.

They have told me 4 times the check was mailed which I never received and it was never mailed to me.

Now they will not answer my calls or emails and have my $350.00 and now I am behind 1 payment on my mortgage because of them.

Contact the Governor's Office of Consumer Protection in Georgia: http://consumer.georgia.gov/consumer-services/filing-a-complaint. He owes the state of PA $350, 000 for doing the same thing and was ordered to cease and desist in Las Vegas NV, didn't, owes fines and fees for loan modifications. He should be in jail.
