I orginally got behind on our mortage because we were caring for our sick father. the mortage said we can help sent us papers I paid I was in the program for a year . which I only should of been in for 3 months they wouldn't take no more money then the temp loan mod amount. they took me out told me there gonna forclose. Then offered to put me in another program at that time wouldn't let me pay. now they say I'm behind 19 payment and want money and thats it . I cj pay my mortge I can't pay what's behind . they told me I was approved and asked me why didn't I sign the perminet LiN mod paper . now I'm not approved its been a vicious circle . I then hear they didn't have all the paper work when I remember asking someone. from there if they had everything and they did ...I just want to just pay my mortage and live in my house its all I ask . I feel I was definitly done wrong
