PHH MORTGAGE CENTURY 21 MORTGAGE Mislead and Lie to usand gave us the run around Mt Laurel, New Jersey

We had a fire at our house in July 2010 that was were first given the run around by our mortgage company putting us on hold from person to person on the phone. Finally after calling everyday someone at the mortgage company said we needed to do a loan modification to redo our mortgage and that they would not foreclose on our property and that they would send out the papers for the loan modification. So we never got the papers and so we called back and then they said we didn't get them because we can file on line so we did. About a week later they foreclosed on the property anyway. No one bought it because it was damaged from the fire. So it went back to the lender. We are still trying to see what we can do about it becasue they lied to us and told us we would not be forclosed on. The house is still being worked on by us now to be rebilitated from fire. This is the money from our insurance we had on the house. The mortgage company said we still dont have anything to do with the house once it is done which it should be finished by the end of June 2011. But they say we are still responsable for fixing it after the fire. We feel we have been mislead and not been treated fairly and can't seem to find the right people to help us. I think its nt fair the way these mortgage company are doing families.
