i ordered a pair of shoes. when i got them they were too small. i tried e-mailing and calling the company because on their website it stated i needed a RAN number for all returns. After almost a week of e-mails being ignored and voicemails being unreturned I recieived an e-mail from a Wade Nelson informing me where to return the shoes too. He also said there was a 30% restocking fee which at the point I didnt care, i just wanted me money back instead of an exchange due to the poor customer service. I returned the shoes and made sure i paid for a delivery confirmation at the post office. After they were delvered to Wade Nelson who is the owner of Pink Stiletto Shop, I e-mailed him and left him voicemails for over two weeks and he never responded. He stole my money! He kept the shoes and never refunded my money. I will bagger his companies name to let everyone know what a pathetic company this is and i am in the process of criminal charges against this idiot! This is why i do not like ordering from on-line companies. people like him make all on-line companies look bad. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM PINK STILETTO SHOP. this is not a legite business. it is not a full blown business where they have customer service reps. Wade Nelson is the owner and is the only employee and he does most business from his home. He was quick to process my order when i input my credit card info online but when it came to a refund he disappeared. Nothing but a fu*king theft! I already put my credit card company on notice in case he tried to use my credit card info.

I have been waiting for shoes for about a month now, called twice and emailed twice, just like you no response and I haven't even see the shoes yet... Wish I would have saw this before buying!

Same thing. Whoever this Wade R. Nelson of Castle Rock, Colorado is is a fucking slimy snake of a thief and will steal your money if you buy from Pink Stiletto Shop (pinkstilettoshop.com). Wade Nelson is a thief. God forbid you have a problem with your shoes, granted they even show up, because this scam of a "company" will be as unresponsive as possible. They will steal your money, ignore your requests at contact, and fuck you over. pinkstilettoshop.com is a theft scam.
