I had placed an order for a late list in April 2010 in specific zip codes and no values under $175,000.Dan said only 290 available and minimum order was 1000 , but I could take piecemeal as new names were added. Took the 290, then reordered inNovember 2010 and received another 285. In January, called for another order with the same criteria and the count was quite high, and I questioned the accuracy of the count and criteria.It also just so happened to use up my remaining balance. He claimed it was all normal. When I got the order it was clear that there weremanyhomes valued at much less than $175k (well over 200). When I pointed this out, he said he would re-run the list for another $50.He said his sources changed the way they report. I told him he should have told me that prior to my order when I questioned him about it- I hadn't changed anything - he had. And as a result, they should work this out at their expense, not mine.

After several attempts to resolve - I have heard nothing from them.

Oddly enough, I had good luck with the first 2 lists and would have continued to be a customer of theirs, had they been even the slightest bit interested in taking care of my problem. There are only 2 explanations I can see: 1- They could care less about their customers (the 'guarantee' is worthless) or 2 - their current source of data is so bad as to making any lists derived from them worthless to end users.

Either way - RIPOFF!
