| I found that Pioneer Pole Buildings of Schuylkill Haven, PA, run by Robert K Greene, has an unethical way of doing business, so I would recommend you use caution when dealing with them. My particular experience was with Pioneer Pole Buildings' Scott Holopirek, who in my opinion is little more than a lying thief. Scott purchased almost $2,000 in merchandize from us. 2 months later and long after the return policy period, Scott contacted us and said he was past the return period, but he had several problems and asked us if we could help him with the issues he was having. He said he would like to exchange them for another type. Thinking Scott was being sincere, and wanting to make sure he got value from his purchase, we talked to the supplier, to see if we could get the items replaced with better ones, which cost about $300 more. We agreed to pay the $300. We thought Scott would be very appreciative, but to our surprise, once we told him he could return them for better units, he changed his mind and just wanted to return them for a refund. This was disingenuous on Scott's part, but since the distributor agreed to take them back, we told Scott he could send them back, however, the distributor might charge him a restocking fee. We sent Scott the Return Authorization and did not hear from Scott again. About a month later, we received a chargeback notice for Items not as described. We answered the notice and the bank ruled in our favor as Scott never retuned the items to us or the distributor. This is why we consider Scott Holopirek to be a thief. A few weeks later we were informed that the bank ruled in Scotts favor because he had refilled the chargeback only this time he told them the charge was not authorized. This is why we consider Scott Holopirek to be a liar. He most certainly did make the charge. The finally result, thanks to the lying manipulation of Scott Holopirek of Pioneer Pole Buildings, we are out almost $2,000 and we do not have the merchandize back. We feel that Robert K Greene, as the leader of Pioneer Pole Buildings and Scott Holopirek's employer is also responsible for this scam. |

| I am Robert Greene from Pioneer Pole Buildings and we did try our best to work with this supplier but the product he provided did not work. We returned all units once a return address was confirmed. This guy was more active in posting that he was ripped off then contacting us to get the units back. As soon as he finally got me an address we returned the product. I suggest you get a handle on customer service and contact the customer before you decide to just post false and misleading information.
