Pivotal Took money Montreal, Quebec

We are a new business, trying to get sales in. We signed up with pivotal payments they said they had low rates and the sales guy Aaron said we would only have to pay 15.00 a month. We set it up and was told by Aaron this was a month to month basis and we could cancel anytime or put our account on hold up to 6 months. We are a new business, trying to get sales in. We signed some papers with them and he told us to print of the first few papers and we did. We got our first bill for 27.00 and we called and told them we thought it was only going to be 15.00 per email from Aaron and they said they had a pci compliance fee of 10.00, we told them Aaron said it would only be 15.00 we made sure to know of any other charges and he said only 15.00 and a percent from the cards. Then this month we looked at our business account and see that we were charged 87.50. We didn't have any money in there since we already paid them. It bounced our account and we owe the bank 35.00. We called them and they said oh that fee is for a new irs tax fee. We told them we would of paidi it if we got information about the new irs tax fee. We didn't get anything by mail and did not get a phone call or email about it, they just tried to charge it. They said they mailed it at the end of june, and that their post office was on strike, so we asked why wasn't a email sent out since we told them we want emails for primary information from them. We then said that we would cancel our account with them and he told us we were under a 3 year contract and would be charged a fee that he didn't have the amount and they would call us tomorrow and let us know the amount. We told him Aaron said that we weren't on a contract and that there was no other fees besides the 15.00. We looked through our paper work and didn't find anything about this. Then we looked through the emails and found our contract the fist 3 pages we had, well there are other pages that we saw and printed them out and long behold in the papers we were not told to print out it said a 3 year contract. We tried to get out of it but he said well sales people will say anything to get to sign with us. I was so mad, but could not find anything about the cancelation fee, so we have to wait till tomorrow to see what we will be charged to cancel. Going to bank and making sure they can't take anymore money without us knowing. What can we do or are we SOL.
