I think there is definitely an issue with planet caravan. My wife ordered 3 nice heavy metal t shirts for a Christmas gift for 50$, not bad and they did come in a timely manor. HOWEVER, she ordered xl instead of large, so she emailed planet caravan and was told it was ok to exchange them and to send the shirts back that she needed to exchange. We sent them back the last week of December with a note on the copy of the receipt. It's now the end of April and she has emailed brad with planet caravan and been told they have been shipped. Okay, then where are they? We sent the 2 shirts back for an exchange almost 4 months ago and now I have 1 shirt for the 50$ we paid. They have a nice selection of shirts, but don't know what customer service is. I would avoid this company.

I ordered about $150 worth of stuff more than four years ago, they sent about half of it because the other things were 'out of stock'. They asked if I'd like to substitute, so I said 'yes' and told them what I'd like instead...four years on I haven't heard back from them or seen any T-Shirts. It's a huge scam, I would never buy from them again.
