I recieved a charge of $99.49 on my account and for something that was not authorized or even have any idea for what. I have tried several times to contact the number provided by bank for this company but I get hung up on and if I do get someone they tell me a representative will contact me 72 hrs. It has been 4 days already and still no response. I have filed a report with my back also in regards to this matter. My bank is filing a dispute with this company.

I have recieved the $99.49 charge twice on my account and don't know how when I did not authorize the transaction and now I am getting $14.00 monthly charges. I have tried contacting the available number and it says that it is wrong number. I researched the number and it is a cell phone based out of the Greater L.A. area. How can this continue and no one do anything about it, I hope I never find the people that are doing this!!
