Disappointing would describe our pool experience. Word for word almost i agree with Dana in Richmond who had the same experience we had.
Deceptive business practices. Ricj Benner comes to your home and sells you a pool, promises all sorts of things, gives a really good discount. Once Barbara Benner (mom) finds out the amount of the discount she will nickel & Dime you to death to get it back. Every step of the way she was trying to charge us extra for something that was aldready included in the price of our pool. I spent so much time going back and forth trying to sort things out with her. Once Rick signs the contract he is no where to be found. We paid them the amount of each draw check as it was requested for each stage of the process. Rick told us that if we purchased mosaics our selves (cheaper than the tile company he uses would sell them for) he would install them for us. It is stated on the contract and he did not charge us for them. Then of course when it is time for the plaster to be done...Barbara comes along and trys to charge us $150.oo to install 4 inch mosaics of little fish. this is riduculous. They are a mom and Pop shop with no ethics or business sense. STAY CLEAR OF THEM!! This pool was suppose to be a pleasuralble experience and it had turned into a nightmare.
