I found this travel agency through a flight search engine called Momondo.com, which I have successfully used plenty of times in the past. I thought I had booked a flight from London to Seoul, but I received a message saying that the details I had provided on my credit card were incorrect. That's odd, I thought, since my bank account has 570 British pounds less than just a moment ago. How could I have lost the money if the details I provided were incorrect? I therefore called Polani Travel to ask what happened. They said that the transaction was unsuccessful, and that I needed to book another ticket!! Which I obviously did not do. They wanted me to pay for another fraudulent ticket that they would conveniently pocket, while I got nothing in return. Be warned, THIS IS A SCAM. Many people have lost enormous amounts of money and have gotten nothing in return from these Pakistani crooks. Upon calling them and complaining, I was told that I would be issued a refund within 72 hours, but this never happened. A week has passed now and I am going to take legal action against these crooks. They are a disgrace to humanity.

I am in complete agreement. Polani Travel - trading as Flightcatchers.com stole from us. We phoned up to make an enquiry about flights, and they managed to steal £102 from us. We were lucky as they tried to take £800 from our credit card but failed. They are absolute thieves they should be shut down. It is outrageous that they are in business. They are a disgrace.

I have a dispute about two charges made by Polani Travel to my credit card account on may 16, 2012. I have a suspicion that they got my credit card details while I did a few other internet credit card tarvel/car hire bookings in the last few days.
