I attempted to make a purchase through policesupplyonline.com, paid them and got a receipt via email. They did not send shipping information, so I inquired to the email address listed on their website about a tracking number for my shipment. I received a reply from "Kriesha" saying that "it will be there soon", but gave no further details. The following day a duplicate, separate, fraudulent charge showed up in my checking account. So now I've paid double and no information on if/when I'll receive the product. Then I called the phone number, which is a stupid home machine basically setup for them to avoid phone calls. I've attempted to reach them so many times via email and phone with no response whatsoever. I have reported them to www.ic3.gov and plan to continue to make reports to Bonham, TX police and attorney general. From what others have stated, these people are crooked cops/ex-cops. Either way, they stole my money and I'm f'n pissed! Don't ignore their fraudulent BS, they have been doing this far too long and need to stop scamming people. I gave them MANY chances to reply to me. They have made no effort to explain or make things right. Still no product. Still no response.
