Oliver Kramer, running several scam outfits; RDV Regional Druck und Verlags GmbH, Polilo Internet Services GmbH and SKV GmbH - behrdenunabhngiger Stadt- und Kommunalverlag; is back online with his newest scam
Mein-Restaurant.com. He tries to sell a membership card, telling his members that they will get a discount with the listed restaurants, but the truth is that 95% of the restaurants listed are bogus posts. I have called several restaurants myself and nobody knew about their listing on liver Kramer's site.
Only the first 150 - 200 restaurants in his listings are real, all other listings are results from mass imports, using content from address lists, or yellow pages
Oliver Kramer is a infamous con-artist, scamming the german community for many years. Here some links (Note: They are all in german, but with help of Google Translate you will be able to understand it and see the whole picture)

Email: [email protected] To my deepest embarrassment I have to admit that I got a victim myself. He promised me a partnership of 45% and always had some excuses to not fulfill his promises. After keeping me 5 months on the line, where we worked on several projects for him only on cost expenses (believing that we would be partners) he stopped with the payments and I had to learn that he ripped off the sites and copied them to his own server. When I linked one of the remaining website to the pubic link shown above, I received an email form Oliver Kramer, telling me that my family and myself would be in danger if I don't delete that link. My lawyer has filed a case at the criminal court in Frankfurt about this issue. Everything can be verified by my lawyer in Frankfurt/Germany.
