I met Donald Stewart on a social networking web site, during some of our conversation I told him my old car was hit by a bus and totaled and I was looking for a reliable used car. He told me he owned Port Motor an auto dealership. I offered to sell me a reliable used car. He then gave me his web site and told me to have a look at the cars he had available for sale. I did not see any car that I like and he told me he can get a car from the auction for me, I agreed. He called me and told me he found a 2009 Nissan Sentra that was in excellent condition inside and out, he email me several pictures of the car. I like the car and told him I was interested in purchasing this car. I asked him if he was sure this car was in good condition because I can not afford a car that I had to make monthly payments on and also do repairs. He assured me the car was in excellent condition. In fact he told me because I was a woman and someone he cared about he would not sell me a car that was not mechanically sound. On May 28, 2011, I signed the sales paper work for the car, at that time, I realized there were some discrepancies, the car had over 15,000 more mile on it than he originally told me it had, I pointed this out to him and he told me not to worry about it. it didn't make a difference, because it was a good car. I asked him about servicing the car, he told me his mechanic serviced it the day before. I took the car and left the lot, I noticed a squeeking noise coming from the brakes, I told him and he said there was nothing wrong with the breaks. I had a male friend drive the car to test the breaks, he also said he heard a noise and that I should call the dealer and tell them the breaks were bad. I called Donald again and informed him once again about this problem, he made some very lewd comments about my breasts, at this point I got angry and told him he need to fix the breaks, he in turn got angry with me for calling him about the breaks again. I mentioned the lemon law and he informed me that the lemon law does not apply to used cars. Donald Stewart them made disperaging remarks about black Americans being lazy and thinks that America owes them something, we argued back and forth for a while and he told me I was just like a black American because I was defending them, I informed Mr. Stewart that he should keep his opinions to himself and hung up the phone. On June 23, 2011 I was driving and the car slipped from drive to neutral. I called Donald and told him he need to have the transmission check and he started cursing at me and told me not to call him again. These people are criminals, they are low lives bottom feeders who prey on individuals with credit problems. I am now stuck with a 2007 automobile that I owe 12,545.00 on that needs new breaks and a transmission.
