Portia Wilcox Louder has been under investigation of the FBI for 2 plus years, and it is now getting very close to being an air tight case. Potia has ruined Hundreds of peoples lives in Utah County, with her equity Mining schemes, and Appraisal fraud schemes. She has had accomplices put in Jail, for her master plans, and she will soon accompany them. She stole Millions of dollars from good people and turned their lives upside down. She now is running some Loan rescission scam with an attorney out of Boston, and also has representation from a Salt lake City Firm to help legitimize her operations. The scam is set up by her brother, in his name or companies name, but Portia is the master puppeteer. She is a Con artist and a Phscho maniac. She has used every possible tactic to con people and try an get herself out of the mess she has created. This woman should be avoided at all costs, as she is the epitome of BAD to the bone!

I may have information to help you regarding Portia Wilcox Louder and her brother. I was an acquaintance of D. Wilcox, Portia’s Wilcox Louder’s brother, and partner in crime. D. Wilcox would laugh and smirk as he explained to me how he inflated real estate in certain areas by paying 10 to 15 grand to anyone who would appreciate the real estate up to 300%; after which, obtain loans from lending institutions for the over-inflated real estate, and then keep the extra money. One of these areas was South East Draper, Utah, where D Wilcox, somehow has managed to hold on to a nice home there (He told me face to face it was from money that he stole from these fraudulent scams). He also told me he would scam old people for their life savings and then just blow it on cars, and what ever he felt like doing with it. To be honest I don’t understand how they are getting away with this because they are not the brightest individuals? Does the FBI just not care, or are they really building a case. I want these two people to get the punishment they deserve. How do you do something like this to good folk? I'll tell you: minds void of conscience and hearts full of greed. She had definately been a dishonest individual. I know of two cases where people lost their home and she made money screwing the bank. I hope she eventually goes down. She has had close ties to Chistopher Hales, Ron Haycock and Todd Clayton Smith. That is just part of the ring.
