Tarquin of preciousmetalsmiths was given a check which was supposed to be sent to my friend as a result of the sale of her property. He lied to my friend about the amount of the check received by him. He put it into his bank and refused to givemoney owed to my friend when asked andandsaid hespent it. Hesaid that he gave my money to relatives, bought furniture for himself and gave money to relatives. Non of this with authorization. He then thereafter stated that she is crazy to believe that he owes any money. Her property was sold for $150,000.00 and had a R30,000 thousand mortgage.=R120,000. His motherwas receiving rent and child support money belonging tomy friendand she said she would send it to her monthly. She never did. This amounted to R14,000.00 each year. They sent R50,000.00 to her through relatives and refused to give the balance of her money owed. When she was asked telephonically for money his mother hung up. The house was sold after a year and no paperwork was received by my friend, the owner of the property. She only found out about the date of the sale when sheinvestigated property records recently. They both lied about the true facts and deny having paperwork.

They both interfered in my friends private personalmatters thereafter, calling her a "schizophrenic" whenshe asked them for her money. Their actions are fraudulent, criminal, vicious, damagingand unprovoked hate crimes, and this report is written to warn others about their vile modis operandi. Tarquinshould not be trusted at any cost. Him and his mother are habitual liars.We have a lifetime of personal experience with these sickindividualsand many people have approached me and told me of the defamatory lies/stories being spread by them everywhere. One person was so disgusted that she wrote and signed an affidavit forlitigation purposes.

Tarquin was also asked to purchase diamonds for investment and he cheated the purchaser of the diamonds, beside other scams, eg. not paying staff. Information concerning his business practices should be investigated before and after dealing with him, and make sure to check gold content and diamond values and sizes of stones with other jewellers for pricing and value backup.

Tarquin has proceeded to spread vicious slander which is a defamatory smokescreen to cover his tracks. Tarquin is vicious and has physically attacked and harmed virtually each member of his own family. Do not deal with this low lifeor trust him at any cost.....you will live to rue the day.!!
