I had the misfortune of 'working' for this crowd. I was supposed to be paid every 2nd week.The pay checks started going to every 2 weeks to every month to nothing at all. To make matters worse I put gas in on my own dime and never ever even got compensated for that! They will run you all over the state. Make you drive for 8 - 13 hours a day. They also made me look for and I quote "what ever it takes to void the warranty" "put a stain on it if you have to!" This place is bad for employees and the companies they inspect for like sealy, mattress firm, etc etc Where is my money Randy Schmidt and Dwayne Murhpy you crooks! I am looking to launch a mass action against these con artists if any one is interested please let me know.

Precise Mattress Inspection, Not such a dream job or company to work for.

Integrity, no, customer service, no... What I got when I worked for them was harrassment and threates.
I quit this job because I recieved threats if I would not be partial to certain clients over others.

On several occations I was told to approve a mattress for replacement (refrerred to as a defect) for a customer who's mattress was not really defected, but because the customer was friends with the owners or other managment or owners of mattress stores or someone in manufacturing, they foreced inspectors to lie on inspection forms, if we asked questions we could lose our jobs.

On other occations, the owners woudl falsify their own inspection forms for the same reasons, and on at least two occations one of the owners would indicate they were in a city and state doing an inspection, but have the same date of another inspection in another city and state.

On several occations I found the owners inspection reports to be misleading and not in accordance with their own training of inspectors. Poor quality photos, unable to tell if mattress was truely defective or not.

On at least one occation inspectors were forced to not find defects after a certain quota otherwise we would have to pay for the mattresses out of our own pockets.

Still yet, I was told I would be working in a certain geographical area and later was told I had to drive hundreds of miles to do one inspection, costing me wear and tear on my vehicle and gas out of pocket, and they owners would get angry if you spent to much on gas and only give you a gas card which sometimes worked. Other cost we had to pay out of our pockets.

All in all I had to quit this job because of the threats and false claims they forced employees to make on reports and favortism they played. Not exactly integrity and service and deffinatley NOT a Dream Job.

and many customers were cheated out of mattresses because of Randy and Dwayne.addition to the prior comlaint, I forgot to mention that the owners would promise employees / me we would recieve our checks and on several occations we did not recieve our checks until a week later or more in some cases. They presumed to be this big company, they talked as if they were "movers and shakers" attempting to impress us with, "we are flying in from AZ to meet with you, or if your hired we will fly you to AZ and stay in a hotel with all expenses paid" They even tried to impress me with Dwayne Murphy being a retired pro baseball player and father was a coach, wineing and dinging us, then once we signed the papers to work for them, we found out they run the company out of their house and on the internet. They recruite people from out of state and make claims that they have a certain percentage of business and growth in my case California, and we are always looking for managment. The job paid supposidly $26, 000 / yr but after wear and tear and unpaid gas I'd be lucky if I made $12, 000.
Many customers, including dozens of elderly people were cheated out of mattresses because of Randy and Dwayne
Then later stick you out driving from almost one state into another for only one inspection.
