Preferred Tax Relief

On May 5th, 2011, the owner of Preferred Tax Relief called all licensed staff, sales staff and administrative support staff aside and informed them that the business is now closed. Not only were the employees to stop working immediately and leave the building, but they left without receiving their pay checks that would have been due to them the next day. Some of the administrative support staff members are single mothers who live pay check to pay check. This type of behavior is just disgusting. The owner of the company is the lowest of the low. When asked WHY they weren't being paid, the owner of the company told them that he used the money for advertising. Why would he need to advertise if he laid off all of his staff members and was planning to close his doors? Well... it's because he's continuing to run the business, but under a different name. He has absolutely no intention of providing the legal services that you will pay for. He just wants to collect the fees and then give you the run around. It's quite possible that he intends to file for bankruptcy under Preferred Tax Relief and start a new business under a new name. We believe he intends to use Advanced Solutions Group. However he has people answering the phone as "Tax Group," so we are not certain at this point. Unfortunately, he uses everyone who trusts him. His name is not the point of contact for Preferred Tax Relief, nor will it be for the new business he intends to start. We are almost certain that he will use someone else's name to front his new company. Because of this, it does little good to provide you with his name and his known affiliates. However, they are as follows: Craig R. Dahl (the lying owner of the company who wants to steal your money); Clint Dahl (his lying brother); Susy Garcia (the former office manager of Preferred Tax Relief who lied to the rest of the staff members for her own benefit); Sam Lopez (Susy's sleazy boyfriend who works in sales. You can get his picture by Googling Youngstown boy band. He was a member); Nic Lewis (Susy's friend and tax preparation guy who seems willing to do just about anything for a buck). The reason that a lot of work went untouched before the mass lay off was because the legal and administrative staff were already over worked. The employees were not able to handle their large case loads, because the owner kept taking on more clients without hiring the support staff to back them up. This is just plain greed. Now that he has laid off two attorneys, the EA and seven support staff members, there is absolutely no way for the clients to expect any work to be done on their cases. It's very sad for the former employees, because we all worked very hard to try to keep up with the never ending work load. Some of us were in the middle of working on a case when the owner broke the news. We went back to our desks and looked at the case files knowing that those clients would feel just as cheated as we did. As I sat here and read through all the complaints about this company, I realized that I wasn't wrong to work for a company like this. I can say that, because I cared. I cared about the clients who told me that I was their last hope. I cared about the clients who were lied to by the sales team. Because I cared, I worked hard to make sure that I got them the best resolution possible. The attorneys and the EA I worked with felt the same way. My fellow case workers and support staff felt the same way. We were the good guys. We were the ones cleaning up the mess and bringing the last little bit of integrity to that business. Now it's gone. Now, it's being run by a bunch of liars who only care about lining their pockets with stolen money. These people are not predators as they probably like to tell themselves.They aren't the great white sharks of the tax resolution world nor are they survivors. They are the lowest of the low. They are liars, thieves and snakes who only care about themselves. They will never be successful, not with the reputations they have created for themselves. All that negative energy heading their way and they simply don't care. They must be insane.

I WAS IN CONTACT WITH ATTY. MIKE HILL UNTIL 4-5 MONTHS AGO...I BORROWED MONEY FROM MY 401-K TO PAY THE 3, 600 REQUESTED, , , , WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS AT THIS POINT?
