I had the exact situation as the complainer below and they never wanted to resolve it. I started with one office and end up with more than 8 offices. Must read instead of listening to what the manager promise. If you fax to them without trace....they will delete your request for getting out of your lease...and many small items that is essential to business like the phone....the secretaries they hire are a little over minimum wage paid and mess up a lot in answering phones which costed us tens of thousands of dollars in lost sales.... When we were ready to move out after several years....they informed us that we can't get out of the lease for another year...which we didn't sign up for ....the longer you are with Premiere
Business Centers....they lie to you about specials....contracts....and anything related to the property management...and they always have a manager in the suites which have the worse attitude in treating their clients....the only thing great about the location is that great price and A class office for less.... We decided to move 4 months later than planned and paid them $40,000. They still owe us our deposit of over $16,000. Last we heard, they rented out our offices when we paid them the negotiated price. And one office was even given for free...the manager was having a relationship with the person who receive the office is the rumor.

When i went to mover out the manager Lori Remolad [email protected] said I could stay on with a business identity package office for $150 a month and have a place to collect my mail. I agreed and asked when i would get my $3000 deposit back. My deposit was never returned. After my emails and phone calls we not returned by Lori I cced PBC's CEO Jeff Reinstein [email protected] on one final request to Lori. I did get a return email at that point that was a total lie by Lori and was told that I owed $8500 for move out fees, so they were going to keep my deposit and make me pay $5,000. I let My virtual in excellent condition. I was only at the office for 6 months and paid an average of $2,000 a month. Thats a total of $12,000 over six months. How could possibly owe $8,500 in move out fees. Its a lie and Premier Business Centers is a bad company to get involved with. Business2011
