Premier Properties and OC Rentals Fake realtor shows properties to get 180 dollars Orange, California
6th of Jul, 2011 by User283384
This company posts ads on craigslist alerting consumers that they have properties for rent at cheap prices. When you arrive at their location, they ask you to write down three cities you would be interested in living. They then go to a computer to look over an MLS system called SoCalMLS and bring you back three listings -- one from each city you listed. These listings are marked with low prices and you are told these are from clients of theirs. They ten tell you they will need $180.00 dollars to hold the properties and even have an ATM on location; This is their entire "business model". In fact, when you visit the locations they inform you about, the owner has no idea who they are. This business preys on individuals in a rough place by providing an illegitimate service. Local authorities can't seem to do anything about them.
