Price Shuffle misleading advertisement, free bids, unauthorized charge to credit card Internet

I visited a news site ( )and read an article about a woman receiving 100 free bids to try and buy an HDTV for a deep discount. From the provided link I filled out a form to receive 100 free bids, I made an account and provided a credit card number logically thinking they would need credit card info if I happened to win anything.

After bidding on a few items I checked how many bids I had left and was surprised to see I had 398 bids left. How is that possible when I only signed up for 100 free bids?

I checked my credit card statement online and $149.75 had been charged from Price Shuffle, I emailed Customer Service asking for a refund. They replied with the following.

I assumed I had been burned, shame on me, and preceded to try and gain something from my mistake. After bidding and watching a few auctions I noticed they were all being won by the same person, how odd? I then did a little internet searching and found several other complaints from unlucky people like me. I have emailed the Customer Service at Price Shuffle again and am hoping to get a refund.
