PrimeCast Misleading pratices and extremely poor service. Pompano Beach, Florida

Primecast is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and unfortunately i am stuck with them because my complex made a deal with the devil. They dont record phone calls of any kind and definately dont train their reps becuase everytime i call in they have no idea what they are talking about and you will get a different answer from 3 different reps. It seems like they are trained on how not to be intelligent in their field. Everytime i ask for a manager none of them are available and they wont let you wait for one. Primecast is a very deceptive company and does not conduct business in a professional manner. They tell lies and when you try to call them out on it or stand up for what you were told its goes nowhere because they dont record phone calls. Do not ever do business with primecast. they are a middle man for direct t.v. and we all know the middle man is always the most shady.
