FACT:

Southern California Electrician Dan a.k.a. Patrick Horan of Dan's Electric (alternately Priority One Electric) did fraudulently fix wiring in my elderly mother's house that did NOT need fixing. Dan a.k.a. Patrick Horan of Dan's Electric a.k.a. Priority One Electric, conned my elderly mother out of $18,900.00 by intentionally and knowingly committing fraud, which is legally termed as a scheme to defraud. Further, Horan told my mother that her home was in imminent fire danger, which was an outright lie. This con man, Horan, poses as a local Santa Barbara electrician and advertises in the Santa Barbara Yellow pages as such. He, in fact, drives to our community from Sylmar, California, which is roughly 90 miles south of Santa Barbara. That is what is known as MISREPRESENTATION. Further, this criminal, Dan a.k.a Patrick Horan, charged my elderly mother around FOUR TIMES the going rate of any honest electrician. In fact, the materials used in this unnecessary rewiring cost a total of $530.00. That means the labor cost $18,370.00. If the job took six days, that equals nearly $400.00 per hour.
