Collection agency notifies me that I owe for a parking ticket. I ask for proof for the ticket. They send me a computer printout for their system. I ask for a copy of the original and to only communicate with me by letter. Since then they called me 6X to tell me to pay the amount. I re-state that I will only reply to letters and proof that they have this "alleged" ticket to pay. They told me they couldn’t get the ticket. I sent then” cease and desist” letter multiple times. They still call asking to pay the debt. I pulled my credit report and they have placed a collection item on my credit report. These guys are in direct violation of the Fair Debt Collections Practice Act in at least 3 places. Does not seem to concern them
