Professional Tax Team Tax Team Pro took $1800 to help with tax matter did absolutely nothing, Internet, California

I called tax team pro in April of 2010, paid upfront fee of $1800 to ensure they could start working on my tax matter immediately. They did nothing, as far as I know they never even filed the paperwork with the IRS to dispute. Now of course my penalties are higer. Jan of 2011 and it looks as if I have done nothing but ignore the IRS. I can not reach them via the internet or phone. I have tryed to email, write and mailed letters still no response. Surely I am not the only one who has had the misfortune of dealing with this. Please speak up so no one else has to fall for this scam. I don't expect to get my money returned even though I deserve it back. I was foolish to trust them please beware.

November, 2009 I gave Professional Tax Team $4800 to help me make things right with IRS and State of Md. It took forever to get any results, actually over a year. I was promised I owed nothing to IRS and they were in contact with the St. of MD. I was promised my wages would not be garnished. Well that was a lie as the State has been garnishing my wages and with all the penalties and interests that accrue each month, I probably will be dead before they are PIF. I also just found out that I owe IRS over $15, 000. The IRS informed me this is quite common. I wish I would have known that $5, 000 ago.
